- 4 T. butter, melted
- 6 T. light brown sugar
- 1 T. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
Directions
- Add oats, milk, and water to a medium saucepan and place over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the oats become thick and creamy, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until completely smooth and creamy.
