Instructions
- Preheat your ovento 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with silicone muffin liners.

- Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the almond milk, salt, pepper, and turmeric if using.

- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the tops are set and slightly golden. A toothpick should come out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days—or freeze for up to 1 month.
