Delicious Beet Borscht

Beet Borscht is quite popular throughout Europe. Depending on the region it can be served hot or cold. It is a very forgiving recipe and is a great way to utilize any extra vegetables in your refrigerator as the beet juice will stain them red making them blend right into the soup. When working with beets, it is best to wear gloves to prevent staining.

Incorporating this nutrient-rich soup into your meals aligns with the principles of functional medicine Los Angeles, which emphasizes using whole, unprocessed foods to support overall health and well-being.
